• Front Porch: A built-in 4-foot to 6-foot deep covered porch spans the front width. Standard builds include pressure-treated decking, support posts, and often a decorative railing.
• Roofing: A gambrel (barn-style) roof maximizes overhead space. It is typically finished with a durable charcoal or black 29-gauge metal roof, designed to withstand high winds and heavy snow.
