Absolutely. Our build process mirrors traditional stick-built home construction. We frame all buildings 16" on center and offer 2x6 wall and rafter framing options. We also take special care to use vapor barrier on roofs and walls where necessary to ensure proper moisture protection.
We offer free Tiny Home delivery throughout the entire state of Missouri! We also deliver to other states—just give us a call for a quote.
Yes, we offer a wide variety of colors. If our standard options don't match your existing structure or preference, we'll custom paint your building to your requested color.
Yes! We offer both metal siding and painted siding options to suit your style and needs.
We do! We have trusted partners we recommend who do excellent work preparing your site for delivery—everything from spreading gravel to pouring concrete foundations. Just ask and we'll point you in the right direction.
Building codes and zoning requirements vary by location, so we recommend checking with your local county or city planning office before ordering. All local permits are the responsibility of the owner. We're happy to answer questions and provide documentation to help with your permit process.

Yes! We stand behind our work with a 7-year workmanship warranty on all our sheds and cabins.
We use PEX water lines inside our cabin walls—a flexible, durable, and freeze-resistant plumbing solution commonly used in modern home construction.
Our tiny homes come with fully insulated ceilings, floors, and exterior walls, keeping you comfortable year-round. Combined with the included 1.5-ton HVAC system (with electric backup), your home will be cozy from day one.
We deliver using a truck and trailer, which typically stays parked in your driveway or on the road. From there, we use a specialized machine called a "mule" to maneuver your building to its final destination. This allows for precise placement while causing minimal yard damage.
