Lofted Barn 12x24

A 12x24 lofted barn is a spacious, portable storage structure providing 288 square feet of ground-level space plus significant overhead storage. An "all-brown" model typically features earth-toned siding, trim, and roofing to blend into natural landscapes. 

Core Features & Design

• Gambrel Roof: Defined by a "barn-style" roof with two slopes on each side, maximizing interior headroom for lofts.
• Dual Lofts: Most 12x24 models come standard with two lofts (often 4' to 8' deep) located at either end of the building.
• Accessibility: Usually equipped with 72-inch double doors to accommodate large equipment like riding mowers or ATVs.
• Wall Height: Standard interior side walls are typically 6' 3" to 6' 4" high. 

"All Brown" Aesthetics

While specific shades vary by manufacturer, a brown-on-brown configuration often includes:

• Siding: Rich tones like Chestnut Brown, Buckskin, or Honey Gold urethane finishes.
• Trim: Often matched in Thatch Brown or a contrasting Leola Almond for a subtle look.
