At The Backyard and Beyond, we provide the best customer service possible, working with each customer so that they get the building that they need. Because we focus on quality, we also are willing to stand by our products and accept returns for our products. Because shipping a shed is fairly involved and every scenario is different, we arrange each one by phone call. See details below

Details for Purchase Returns

If your building is damaged or has faulty products, we will either fix it or replace it for free, depending on the scenario. If you decide that you no longer want your shed, give us a call and we will work with you to get you the product that you want! For returns with no defects, you can return your shed within 30 days after delivery, and you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee as well as shipping charges. Details for Rent-TO-Own Returns

If you have a shed through our Rent-To-Own Shed option, you can return your shed whenever you want. We will arrange to come pick it up if you no longer need your building. Call us for more details or take a look at our Rent-To-Own Page.
